Growing up means making my own decisions. That means I have to deal with my own affairs. While I was young, my family prepared everything for me. However, when I grow up, I can rely on others no more. Furthermore, I should always ”look before I leap”. Consequently, I ought to learn making my own decisions.

The hardest decision that I ever made was to major in foreign languages or commercial subjects in my senior high. Though I have a hard time learning Accounting and Economics, I am still interested in them, and I need to overcome the difficulty of learning them. Therefore, after considering it over and over again, I make up my mind to major in Accounting and Economics. Although understanding them clearly is not an easy task, I bet I won’t give it up.

Computers are playing an important role in our daily life. They have already been widely used at home as well as in industries such as washing machines, TV sets and DVD players. Besides, we can not only get a large amount of information from all over the world in a short time through the computer network but also listen to music, watch films, have a chat, and so on. Therefore, we cannot do without them in our daily lives.

Personally, I have a liking for computers. First, it’s convenient for everybody to get the latest information like current news. Second, we can have fun by playing games, watching films and listening to music. Finally, it helps us save a lot of time. For example, we can purchase merchandise and even make reservations without going out. Computers not only make us feel relaxed but help our lives become easier. Consequently, I like computers very much.
