There are some tips for staying healthy. First of all, you must eat less junk food. Because it will make you be fat. Second, you can do exercise every day and you need more patience. In addition, you can keep in good mood. For example, listening to music, reading books are good ways. Of course, don’t smoking is also important thing. If you smoke often, you’ll get a lung cancer. In conclusion, physical health and mental health is very important, both of them we can’t ignore it.
